The Cons:A little too small for those with larger hands. Seems to have some compatibility issues with Windows 7. Battery door pops open a little too easily.

The Kensington Si670m is an optical mouse that uses Bluetooth wireless technology. It has a 1000 dpi optical sensor that gives precise control using minimal hand movements. The 4-way tilt scroll allows for quick, finger-tip maneuvering throughout documents and websites.

It’s mid-sized body features sculpted, rubberized sides and will feel equally at home with either a left or right handed user. A handy on/off switch lets you shut the mouse off when not in use to conserve battery power. The LED indicator confirms your connection and also warns you when battery power is getting low. The Si670m mouse is both PC and Mac compatible but requires the computer to be either Bluetooth enabled or have a Bluetooth adapter. Kensington also includes a 5 year warranty.
