The Logitech LX3 is a low-end, corded optical mouse. Although available for under $25, the mouse is not entirely basic, featuring a scroll wheel with side-to-side and zoom functionality. Although not as precise as a laser mouse, the LX3's 1000dpi optical tracking will certainly outperform trackball mice.

The mouse also features a symmetrical design for right- or left-handed use, and soft side grips for increased comfort. A 5-year warranty is standard.
