Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000

$40.00 Released September, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Nano transceiver/receiver. BlueTrack technology. Better than standard optical or laser technology. Still not on par with Logitech's DarkField technology, however. A pretty solid 3 year warranty.

The Cons:Very hard to press middle button. Middle click is not responsive (~0.5sec). Not suitable for gaming or any application that require fast middle-click. Middle-button/wheel cannot be clicked without turning the wheel a little bit. If you make any use of the middle mouse button, do not buy this mouse!

The Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 is a battery-operated BlueTrack Nano mouse that connects to Microsoft PCs via a snap-in Nano receiver. The receiver utilizes 2.4Ghz wireless technology to provide a reliable connection from up to a 30’ range without interference.
