SteelSeries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse

$100.00 Released November, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Plenty of binds on the mouse for macros. Ergonomic shape is comfortable to work with for hours at a time. Programming the macros is fairly easy.

The Cons:Bigger than a typical mouse, feels too big to some. Wheel is too loose and imprecise.

The SteelSeries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse is a Blizzard-licensed, gaming mouse designed specifically for World of Warcraft MMO and released in 2008. The original WoW mouse (precursor to the 2010 Cataclysm), the Gaming Mouse offers 15 programmable buttons and an in-game utility for graphically configuring the buttons.

Also included is support for macros up to 160 characters, and over 130 predefined commands for simple drag-and-drop macro creation. Signature though is that there are over 16 million illumination options with 3 intensity and pulsation levels—geared specifically for the LEDs shown on the backside. Though great for playing WoW, the Gaming Mouse isn’t recommended for casual web-browsing, as accidentally pressing just one wrong button can send you to another page, the bottom of the current page, or to an entirely different website.
